Where the early foundations were laid.
I’m Enzeyi Siema — a Nairobi-based software engineer, technology entrepreneur and consultant. I grew up in the Kenyan Highlands, and I’m building technology with purpose for the wider world.
My path into technology didn’t begin with a computer science lecture. It began with a smartphone, a story, and a question.
In 2020, while I was in Form 4 — the final grade of high school — I wrote articles for Opera News, a local news website, on my phone. More than 100,000 readers found their way to those words. Seeing how an idea could travel through a digital product made me wonder: how are these apps actually built?
I began researching programming, then explored how Facebook was created and the story of its founder, Mark Zuckerberg. In 2021, while pursuing undergraduate Psychology at Moi University in Eldoret, I began teaching myself to program.
Where the early foundations were laid.
Undergraduate studies in Psychology — a lens on people, motivation and how we make decisions.
Studied Software Engineering at ALX Africa.
Programming became more than a question. It became a craft I continue to deepen.
Founded to build products and deliver technology services across different industries.
I founded DotCity Technologies in 2023 with a simple belief: useful technology can open new possibilities in every industry. DotCity brings together products and services built around real needs — with ambition that starts here and looks outward.
Explore working togetherGood technology work takes more than code. I partner across the journey — with teams ready to make something matter.
“Technology is most powerful when it makes possibility practical.”
I bring a people-first perspective, an engineer’s curiosity and an entrepreneur’s bias for moving ideas forward. I work with businesses seeking technology direction, event organizers shaping the conversation, and founders and technology leaders looking for thoughtful collaborators.
